Many of our Clients Don’t Need New Roofs.

It all starts with an honest roof inspection.  That’s what we’ll do for you.  We’ll have one of our experienced roofing professionals get up on your roof where possible, take a look at it, and help you determine whether or not it’s something that can be repaired, or whether it’s just not worth it.  Often times a client will come to us thinking that they’re going to need a new roof and they’re pleasantly surprised that it’s immensely repairable. We’ve even from time to time had to repair new roofs.  Just because a roof is new, doesn’t mean that it was installed correctly.  

If you happen to need a new roof, we’ll give you options on the kinds of materials you can use, and their estimated life span as well.  Once you’ve picked the material, we’ll provide you with a written estimate and once you approve, we’ll start our work.  Our team will come out to your house, and in many cases, by the end of the day, you’re old roof has been stripped off of your house and the new roof is already in place.  We clean up well too–  it’s our goal to be kind to your plants, shrubs, and items around your yard, so that once we’re done, the only thing you notice is your beautiful new roof.  We have the latest in architectural shingles as well, which give truly long life–  in fact they normally last longer than the average person keeps their home.  If you happen to have hail damage, it’s also possible for us to help you work with your insurance company, as roofs with hail damage are often covered by your home insurance policy, which can make a roof replacement at times less expensive than a repair.  It all depends on the condition of your roof, it’s age, and the damage to it if there is any.
